Welcome to DUSKY. By accessing our website, contacting us, or purchasing any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About DUSKY

DUSKY is a UK-based private company providing digital and creative services, including:

  • Logo Design
  • Website Design
  • Banner Design
  • UI/UX Design
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Video Editing
  • Other digital design and creative services

Our website is https://duski.store/.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, contacting DUSKY, or purchasing any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our services.

3. Our Services

DUSKY provides customized digital and creative services based on each client’s requirements.

Our services may include logo design, website design, banner design, UI/UX design, SEO, video editing, and other related digital services.

The exact scope, features, deliverables, and timeline of each project may vary depending on the client’s requirements and the complexity of the work.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment is required in advance before work begins on a project.

DUSKY will generally begin work after the payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

Payments are currently accepted through available payment methods, including Stripe.

5. Project Delivery Times

Project delivery time depends on the type, complexity, and requirements of the service.

Typical estimated delivery times are:

  • Logo Design: Approximately 2–3 days
  • Banner Design: Approximately 2–3 days
  • Video Editing: Approximately 2–3 days
  • Website Design: Generally 10–20 days, depending on requirements
  • UI/UX Design: Generally 10–20 days, depending on requirements
  • SEO: Timeline depends on the project scope, requirements, and ongoing work involved

These are estimated timeframes and may vary due to project complexity, client feedback, revisions, delays in receiving required materials, or changes in requirements.

6. Revisions

DUSKY provides 2–3 free revisions for applicable projects.

These revisions are intended for reasonable changes within the original scope of the project.

Requests for major changes, completely new concepts, or work outside the originally agreed scope may require additional charges.

7. Cancellation Policy

A client may request cancellation of a project after placing an order.

Because DUSKY invests time and resources into project planning, preparation, and initial work, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total amount paid.

The remaining eligible amount will be refunded to the same payment account or payment method used for the original transaction, where reasonably possible.

If substantial work has already been completed, the circumstances and stage of the project may also be considered when determining the applicable refund.

8. Refund Policy

If a client is not satisfied with the completed work, DUSKY will first attempt to resolve the issue through the included revision process.

If the client remains genuinely dissatisfied and the issue cannot reasonably be resolved, DUSKY may provide a refund.

Where a refund is approved, it will be returned to the same account or payment method used for the original payment, where reasonably possible.

Refunds may be subject to the project’s stage, work already completed, and the circumstances of the request.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, instructions, content, materials, and feedback required for their project.

Clients should provide the required information and materials in a timely manner to avoid unnecessary delays.

Any delay caused by missing information, late responses, unavailable content, or changes in requirements may affect the estimated project delivery time.

10. Client-Provided Content

If a client provides images, videos, text, logos, fonts, graphics, or other materials for use in a project, the client is responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to use those materials.

The client must not provide materials that infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of any third party.

11. Ownership and Source Files

After the project has been completed and full payment has been received, the final agreed deliverables are provided to the client for their use.

Where applicable, source files can be provided to the client upon request.

Source files are not automatically required to be provided unless the client specifically requests them or they are included in the agreed service.

Third-party assets, fonts, stock materials, plugins, software, or other licensed resources may remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.

12. Website Design & Hosting

For website design projects, the final scope depends on the client’s requirements.

The client is responsible for providing their own domain and hosting.

The client must provide DUSKY with the necessary hosting login credentials or access required to complete the website project.

DUSKY is not responsible for purchasing or maintaining hosting on behalf of the client unless separately agreed.

If the client requests DUSKY to purchase, arrange, configure, or manage hosting services, additional charges will apply.

Any additional hosting-related charges will be communicated to the client before the service is provided.

13. Confidentiality

DUSKY respects the privacy and confidentiality of its clients and their projects.

We generally keep client work private and do not publicly publish or display completed client projects as portfolio work without the client’s permission.

If a client requests work samples, DUSKY may provide relevant examples privately where appropriate.

14. Intellectual Property

DUSKY retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, templates, concepts, processes, tools, techniques, and resources that were not specifically created for the client’s project.

The client’s ownership and usage rights apply to the final agreed deliverables after full payment has been received.

Third-party materials remain subject to the applicable rights and licenses of their respective owners.

15. SEO Services

SEO results can vary depending on search engine algorithms, competition, website condition, content quality, industry, and other factors outside DUSKY’s control.

DUSKY does not guarantee a specific Google ranking, traffic level, sales volume, or other search-engine performance outcome.

SEO services are performed according to the agreed project scope and requirements.

16. Third-Party Services

DUSKY may use third-party platforms or services when necessary to provide certain services.

Third-party services may have their own terms, policies, fees, limitations, and availability.

DUSKY is not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, suspension, or failures caused by third-party service providers.

17. Limitation of Liability

DUSKY will make reasonable efforts to provide professional and reliable services.

However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, DUSKY will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses resulting from the use of our services, website, or third-party services.

This may include loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or anticipated savings.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

18. Prohibited Use

Clients must not use DUSKY’s services for unlawful activities, fraud, infringement of third-party rights, malicious activities, or any purpose prohibited by applicable law.

DUSKY reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a project if we reasonably believe that the requested work may involve unlawful or harmful activity.

19. Changes to Services or Terms

DUSKY reserves the right to modify its services, pricing, website content, or these Terms of Service from time to time.

Any updated version of these Terms will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date.

Continued use of our website or services after changes are published may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

20. Disputes

If a dispute or disagreement arises between a client and DUSKY, both parties should first attempt to resolve the matter directly and in good faith.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
